LA Perla special bread
La Perla creates a myriad of traditional
breads from the simple palate of flour,
water, yeast and salt. Only the finest
and purest ingredients are used, and
each bread and dessert is crafted by
hand and sold fresh daily. The authenticity
of La Perla recipes can be traced back
to the original Southern Italian baking
traditions opened in the Italian village
of Forio, Ischia just outside of Naples.
